I have lived in Runwell since 1999 and has been a long established Ward Councillor for Runwell & Rettendon.

Cllr Tim Roper

Tim is married, with three daughters, and has lived in Writtle for over 30 years having spent his early life in Ingatestone, then part of Chelmsford Rural District Council.   Education at Brentwood School was followed by National Service in the RASC.

 

Cllr David Stevenson

Living in Galleywood since 1975, David was a founder member of the Parish council. In 2015 he received a long service award, over 25 years as Chelmsford City councillor

John Pioli

John has lived with his wife in the parish of Springfield for over thirty years. In 2016 he retired early from Ford Motor Company where he worked in a variety of finance and business management positions. John’s great interests are the arts, bridge, and all types of sport.

Sunil Gupta

Dr Sunil Gupta has been a General Practitioner in Essex since 1995 so he is good at supporting and helping people to sort out their problems. Sunil was born in Hampshire, went to a comprehensive school in Wembley and qualified as a Doctor from Cardiff.

Cllr Jon de Vries

I have lived in Chelmsford my entire life and on Patching Hall ward since 1984. I am a strong believer in family values and caring for the vulnerable members of our community. I spent over 32 years as a Police Office mainly in the front line, retiring in 2013.

Cllr Stephanie Scott

Stephanie left Essex aged twenty-one to follow a career in Marketing in London and the Home Counties, returning in early 2005, with her husband, John and two daughters. 

 

Mayor Yvonne Spence

I’ve lived in Chelmsford for more than 40 years; wife, mother & grandmother; Former teacher and proud to be Mayor 2018-19. I am  passionately committed to the community supporting the Cathedral, Rotary, Tangent and many charities.
