I’ve lived in Chelmsford for more than 40 years; wife, mother & grandmother; Former teacher and proud to be Mayor 2018-19. I am passionately committed to the community supporting the Cathedral, Rotary, Tangent and many charities.
I have lived in Moulsham for over 30 years and have always campaigned to keep the council tax down and deliver the best services. I have also successfully campaigned and safeguarded the retention of the full Bus Pass for pensioners.
Malcolm has been married for 49 years and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren and has lived in Essex all his life. He moved to Writtle in 1996 from where he commuted to work in London in Financial Services until early retirement in 2002.
Keen to improve our community well-being I have served as a South Woodham Ferrers Town Councillor since 2006, and as Chelmsford City Councillor since 2011, and I seek to continue supporting and leading on local initiatives.
