Manor Farm will have 100 extra homes added to the Lib Democrat Plan

Once again we are seeing  the Lib Dems  altering the excellent Local Plan put together by the Conservatives in 2019 and adding extra homes on sites all over the City.  They spent years opposing the Plan, saying that the sites should not be built on, and now have said that not only that they should be built on but hundreds of extra homes should be crammed in.

The local residents are saying ‘ How can we trust the Lib Dems who say one thing and do the opposite?’  They are ‘consulting’ but ignoring residents’ responses.  Three storey buildings are planned for the front of the site which would have almost 100 extra homes than the original proposals.

Sandon, Little Baddow and Danbury and many others areas will be affected and  residents should ensure that they make their views known .
