I have lived in Galleywood since 1975 and am a founding member of the Galleywood Parish Council as a Conservative councillor. I have served on Chelmsford City Council representing Galleywood for the Conservatives and was proud to be awarded with the long service award in recognition of over 25 years of service in May 2015. During this time, I have served on many of the committees within the operations of the council.
Always active in our community, some other posts I hold outside of the council include Chairman of Galleywood Community Transport, President of BLESMA and Chairman of the Friends of the Samaritans. I am also vice Chairman of the Galleywood & Great Baddow Conservative Association.
My personal contact and recognition within my village continues to gain support for the conservatives. I wish to continue to maintain my involvement in the development of Galleywood and serve to help the residents of my ward as I have done for decades.
